Every 5 minutes, a 'Let's confirm you are human' screen appears on my ManyChat. This is constantly interrupting me, and I can't work properly.
This is happening to my team as well, but the funny thing is that it only happens in one of our offices; it doesn't happen in the others.
Does anyone know why this is happening and what we can do to fix it? No one has been able to figure it out so far.

That “Let’s confirm you are human” screen usually appears because ManyChat detects unusual traffic from your office network, often due to a shared IP, VPN, or firewall settings. Try clearing browser cache, switching browsers, or using a different network. If it persists, contact ManyChat support to whitelist your office IP.
