Error linking another Facebook account in ManyChat (I’ve tried everything and it still doesn’t work)

You’ll need to login using your “old” Facebook account and remove it. Settings → Messenger channel → remove 

 

Then you’ll be able to connect the new one. 
It’s not possible to connect two different FB account to the same Manychat account.

So, does this mean it’s not possible to have two Facebook Pages connected to ManyChat, even if they’re in a new workspace?

Also, if I have to disconnect the previous account, I imagine that would affect the automations already running on that Facebook Page. In that case, how can I have the “DM to Comment” automation active on two different Instagram accounts at the same time?

Tienes que iniciar sesion en tu cuenta de facebook que administra la pagina, y luego, desde manychat, crear una nueva cuenta siendo administrador en ambas plataformas para poder administrar la mensajeria desde manychat.

As AlfreHung mentioned, you can add another FB/IG page to your workspace, but you have to create another Manychat account for that FB/IG before adding it to your workspace.

The thing is, I’m already doing this from a brand-new account, and I’ve even tried creating another separate one (a new workspace, just in case that wasn’t clear), but it still doesn’t work. I’ve double-checked everything is set up correctly: I created the Page myself, so I have full control over it, and the Instagram and Facebook Pages are properly linked. I even tried creating completely new Instagram and Facebook accounts, linked them together using the same emails, and the issue still persists. At this point, I honestly don’t understand what else it could be. If you need me to share screenshots of the process, just let me know so you can see exactly what’s happening. 1. Go to your new Manychat account → settings → Team members → Invite new member and keep the link generated.
2. Login to your other Manychat account → open the link that have been generated before → accept the invitation

Could it be that I’m having issues with the new workspace when trying to add a Facebook Page to automate Instagram because I’m on the free plan, or does that have nothing to do with it?

There is no problem having a free plan ​@DIEGO.C 

So what could be the error? Honestly, I’m quite confused since I’m new to using this kind of automation platforms
