Question @Trilce Jirón Garro : when this will be activated? I don’t see it yet and I see nothing about the timing in the announce.

Please also be aware that the AI Step save user reply has gone haywire since the beginning of July. 

It used to be able to save all the answers asked in the Script despite the user needed to answer in a few different messages. But right now, it does not do so. It is either saving the total different things or not saving at all.

Hi, I’ve been trying to user this amazing addition but could not add any field to the AI Step’s goal, tasks nor context.

Typically, there’s the floating small grey menu for adding the user\system\bot fields, but it does not appear when editing the AI Step’s configurations.

As well, I’ve tried simply adding the field’s names in curly brackets, e.g: {First Name} , but it did not made the AI aware of the values within the fields.

Did anyone used fields within the AI step successfully and can share experience and knowledge?

@Trilce Jirón Garro Hola, ¿Sabes si hay alguna forma que el AI Step guarde info en un campo, pero que esta info no provenga de una respuesta del usuario? Para conectar con una acción JSON, requiero que el bot “clasifique” lo que el cliente está solicitando en un campo (la forma de clasificar se la di en el contexto), pero no lo guarda porque no es una respuesta de usuario. Gracias por tu asesoría.
