I’m going to be leaving Manychat and finding an alternative unless the above or some variation of the above can be implemented.
I run a business, and when I’m on Manychat, my main priority is replying to potential customers who haven’t been addressed yet.

 

Yet, there’s absolutely no way to do this.

Unread doesn’t work, as sending a message on IG yourself will make manychat show the message as “Unread” even though it’s not (and on top of that you can’t filter by unread anyway)
There’s no field for “Last person to reply” (Us or them)
And there’s no trigger that goes off when WE send a message (NOT when they send one, which we already have), and the absence of such a trigger means it’s impossible to manually set up such a field ourselves using automations.

This is a frustrating problem that renders Manychat completely useless for a lot of business owners who receive hundreds of messages a day, replying both on manychat and IG, and are sending followups via IG (which jumbles up read and unread)

This is a simple feature and yet is not present at all.

I would like to request either:
A) A trigger that fires when I, the business, sends a message
B) A system field representing the last person to reply, so that I can filter by only unreplied to contacts.

If this isn’t fixed fast I’m simply going to begin searching for alternatives.
