Once a messenger user subscribes to one of my lists, I want to send them a weekly DM with some automated content.
Can a looping smart delay automation be used to achieve this goal? Is there a better way to achieve weekly DM goal in an automated fashion?

if user is subscribed to a likst just make a triger t ospecific Day of the week and time and send flow using option outside 24h window
