How can I give my VA access to  my account so she can help?

Hi, @CindyStrong!

Nothing complicated! Jus go to Settings/ Team Members and click +Invite team member

Then you need to choose the corresponding permission you wish to give. This you set accordingly to the activities the nem member will perform.

This will generate a Link that you can send to the team member. Clicking on that link and logging-in to their account will grant permission to access yours. 😉

Hope this helps!

go to settings / team members.. there you’ll find a button that says ‘invite new member’..

that will create a link. send him/her that link.. give him/her the “live chat agent” role..

Do you think it just took me 2min to access my account, take the screenshots and write that down? 😂

(I wish I could do that this fast)

I got here without any response and spent more time to answer a simple question (once you know it) in order to make it as easy as possible to understand and execute.

🖖
