Question from the chat: How can I view only the new chats within a specific time period? I'm currently using filters, but they show all interactions (open chats, closed ones, applied tags). How can I view only the newly received chats?


Hi Paola, we currently don’t have a time-frame filter for new chats, only most recents or oldest. Therefore, I would suggest that you share the idea in our Community here: https://community.manychat.com/ideas


Will there be more integrations available in Manychat in the future? Ex: Flodesk, Kajabi...


Question from the chat: How can I control the Live Chat notifications? Sometimes I receive notifications, and sometimes I don’t. Sometimes the conversation is only in an automated flow and I still receive Live Chat notifications — and sometimes I don’t. How can I manage and control this behavior?

We are integrating Manychat with our in-house CRM to create a unified and intelligent sales pipeline. Currently, we can capture basic lead data (name, phone number, tags, etc.), but there is no official method to retrieve the full conversation history between the user and the bot (or human agent).

This limitation affects our ability to provide context to our sales team and to maintain proper records of interactions.

Feature Request:

We’re requesting a native action within Flow Builder or a dedicated API endpoint that enables us to retrieve the entire message history of a user — ideally in structured format (JSON or plain text), including all bot interactions and Live Chat messages.

What is the difference between gallery and cards?

It is advised to use Cards when you want to show one item, and use a Gallery when you want to show multiple cards together, like a product showcase or menu.

Optei em usar o manychat gratuito, preciso do estorno pois nao utilizei a ferramenta e nao encontrei a opção de cancelar, preciso de ajuda!


¡Hola! buenas tardes tengo pago el PRO para mis automatizaciones en Whatsapp, pero resulta que no se están disparando los mensajes, he leído y dice que tengo que quitarle el tiempo a la pausa de mis automatizaciones; pero no me da la opción de dejarla en 0.

Me podrían ayudar ya que estoy automatizando todas mis conversaciones pero no sé qué pasó con esta cuenta que al principio trabajo bien y de un momento a otro dejo de enviar los mensajes automáticamente;

 

Este es un ejemplo de cómo queda la conversación no se dispara nada y me sale como pausada
