Manychat Help Center 

Help Center is your first stop if you’re looking into instructions, definitions of features and functions, and unsure how to do something in Manychat. It contains step-by-step guides, tutorials, FAQs, billing information, and troubleshooting tips for features and integrations.

With hundreds of articles available, the quickest way to find what you need is to use the search bar. Simply type in what you’re looking for (ie. “Manychat Builder” or “Can't connect Instagram to Manychat”) and narrow down the results using filters.

Help Center is available in English, Español, Português do Brasil.

Need quick answers without searching through articles? Chat with our Manychat AI Support Assistant to get fast and accurate solutions from the entire Help Center.

To contact our official Support Team, please start by chatting with the AI Support Assistant inside Manychat or in the Help Center. If the bot is unable to resolve your issue, it will automatically escalate your request to the support team. If you cannot log in to Manychat, you can submit a ticket directly using this form.
