ok real talk. we all spend forever perfecting the welcome message and the keyword trigger… and then someone replies, doesn't buy right away, and just kinda disappears into the inbox void 😅
like the automation nails its part, and then the actual selling bit is basically vibes and hoping we remember to circle back.
so i'm nosy, how do you all actually run this part?
- do you even follow up? how many times before you call it dead?
- keep it inside ManyChat, or push them somewhere else?
- and the fun one: what's the one message that's worked way better than it had any right to? drop it, i wanna steal it 😂
i'll go first, mine is embarrassingly simple: a "hey, did you still want me to send that over?" a couple days later pulls more replies than anything clever i've ever written.
genuinely don't think there's one right answer here, so curious what's actually working for people.
