Hi everyone, I’m new to ManyChat and setting up automation for Integrity444 LTQS. I want to use Comment-to-DM and lead capture for book promotion, course leads, and community growth on Facebook and Instagram.

My main goal is to send people the right link when they comment keywords like BOOK, HEALING, COURSE, or LTQS.

Any beginner tips for setting this up correctly, especially around connecting Facebook/Instagram, keywords, and avoiding common mistakes?

      Keep the first DM simple and avoid sending a link right away. Let the user tap a button first, then send the link. Also, use one clear keyword per offer and test each flow from a second account before going live.
