Critical Issue
Manychat has stopped triggering the correct flows for my funnels.
I have already re-established all permissions, yet various triggers are activating the same funnel—even though I have multiple funnels set up, each with its own specific trigger.
Customers are complaining, and I am losing business because of this.
I have already opened a support ticket, but no one has resolved the issue.
