emails wont be added to my flodesk segment

Hi,

I build a flow and after they have given me their email address I have an 'action on reply' that their response with their email address will be added to my flodesk segment form. but when I go to flodesk the email addresses aren't being added.

how do I fix this issue?

@gaby alana found it!

Your data collection block is asking for a ‘text’ input (you can see it says ‘Waiting for Text from contact...’

Change it to an email input and use Manychat’s system field.

It should change to this:

And that should solve it!

Hey ​@gaby alana I haven’t had any issues with the Manychat <> Flodesk integration, it has worked perfectly every time I used it…

Can you share a screenshot of your automation here on the chat? We may be able to see if there’s something wrong.
