Hi I don’t even know how to ask this question.

I signed up with the FREE account and it gave a 14 day trial. We linked my Instagram account with this one. I talked to the person handling my social media and she suggested that we upgrade to the $14 subscription and I did. And now we are trying to link my Facebook account. The account links fine but she is having trouble adding the automation to the video. When she tries to link it takes her to the payment page. So I don’t know how or even if I need to make my payment in order for everything to work?

    When you try to do something on Manychat and the payment page pops up, it means that you are using a feature that is not available on your plan. That said, you may need to upgrade your plan to be able to build the automation you want.

    Hello. I am trying to post on Facebook under the $14 plan. However when I go through everything and try to post the program takes me to a payment page. I am not trying to do anything, that I know of, outside of what the current plan offers. I have already upgraded to the $14 plan and I have 2 automations that already work on Instagram. So I upgraded to add my Facebook account. This is where the problem is happening. I get all the way to the part where I should post and it takes me to a payment page. I don’t understand what I am supposed to pay for or why it won’t post when I have already upgraded.

    Oh, I get it, and that’s odd..

    How many active contacts do you have? You can check this info on the billing page (settings → billing)
    If the active contacts are under 250, you should open a ticket to support.

    I originally had the free plan with 1 platform, then I upgraded…2 days later to have the $14 plan with 2 platforms. But we figured it out. It deleted everything that we originally did on Instagram so we had to redo those posts. But we redid it after I paid for the plan and it now works on both platforms. It didn’t give me the 14 days free and charged me right away…
