Follow to DM is LIVE but not triggering — 0 Runs despite confirmed new followers

My “Say hi to new followers” automation is LIVE, but the “User follows your account” trigger does not fire at all.

I have received multiple confirmed new followers since activation, but ManyChat still shows 0 Runs / 0 Unique Contacts.

I already refreshed Instagram permissions successfully and other Instagram automations work.

Can a moderator please confirm whether my Instagram account is eligible for the Follow to DM beta, or whether Meta is currently not sending follow events for my account?

    Hey ​@Dannyonmanychat there’s currently a bug on Meta’s side that may be affecting you, and stops these automations from firing.

    Sometimes these will solve any connection issues you may have.
