My “Say hi to new followers” automation is LIVE, but the “User follows your account” trigger does not fire at all.
I have received multiple confirmed new followers since activation, but ManyChat still shows 0 Runs / 0 Unique Contacts.
I already refreshed Instagram permissions successfully and other Instagram automations work.
Can a moderator please confirm whether my Instagram account is eligible for the Follow to DM beta, or whether Meta is currently not sending follow events for my account?
