Hi Gustavo, thanks for reaching out.
It’s the delivery for facebook messenger. I have a key word trigger setup on my facebook that is supposed to send a message to the customer, once they answer it should send the link. but the delivery rate of the first message is 2,3. The send rate is 100%
From 1217 messages send only 28 actually arrived.

Talk to support and check the link you have.
Sometimes Meta will block affiliate links or links to sites they consider unsafe/inappropiate/etc…
How do I talk to support? I already did that and got a support ticket but they never reached out.
