Instagram Follow-to-DM LIVE but not sending to new followers (0 sends)

Hi everyone! I’m having an issue with the Instagram Follow-to-DM automation.

My automation is LIVE, but new followers are not receiving the welcome DM and ManyChat still shows 0 sends.

I’ve already:

  • Enabled “Allow access to messages” in Instagram
  • Refreshed Instagram permissions in ManyChat
  • Confirmed the automation is LIVE
  • Tested with a new Instagram account that had never followed me before
  • Waited well beyond the 5-minute delay

Still nothing — the DM isn’t sent and the automation remains at 0 sends.

Has anyone experienced this with Follow-to-DM? Is there currently an issue with the feature or something else I need to activate?
