Hi, my Instagram account @annevilalta is still linked to an old Manychat account that no longer exists. When I try to connect it to my new account, I see "Request Sent" and can't proceed. The previous account owner is unreachable and the account has been deleted. I can provide proof of ownership. Can someone help me disconnect it from the old account? Thank you.

Make sure you send them all the information so they can identify you’re the owner of the account - they’ll need that before they can move you over.
