I've been experiencing an issue since I started using ManyChat, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.
When people comment on my Instagram post, ManyChat triggers the automation, and they receive the notification saying that I sent them a message. However, when they open the chat, there is no actual message. They just see something like "sent a message," but the message itself never appears, so they can't access the link or continue the conversation.
This has happened maaaany times, and people often end up messaging me to tell me they never received anything, even though they got the notification.
I'm worried these are just wasted leads because they never get the automated message.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is this a known Instagram/ManyChat issue, and is there any way to prevent or fix it?
