the platform added 170 new contacts but only 20 messages sent. This filled 70% of my curret plan.

I tested this for 12 hours, I have the trial and I had to upgrade my trial unfortunately because of what happened. The problem was that the platform added 170 new contacts to my plan, but the actual number of accounts that got the message was maybe 20. I’m afraid this tool will send messages to bots, etc. Compared to the 'comment a word' automation, this feels like losing my monthly contact so fast and I went close to the limit for nothing. I regret even running it for 12 hours :( I Wonder if there is any way to repost this? Or did I just loose the contacts for non working tool?

​@niinacarita Any person active in your messages or that fires a trigger (such as the comment tool) will count as an active contact, regardless of whether they get an automation or not.

Where did the 150 extra that you say did not get message came from? Did they DM you directly? Or did they comment and you don’t see them in Manychat?

    Thanks for the comment! I appreciate your time. I think the extra people were definitely new followers who received an automatic welcome message from me. Some should show up in my inbox, but I couldn't find all of the. I only found a few, not hundreds. I’m afraid many of the accounts that followed might be bots or something weird. Maybe they follow and then cancel it right away. I really like the idea of ManyChat, so I hope I can make this work for me!
