It depends on how your ad is set up...
If the ad is using an existing post or Reel that is already published on your profile (like a boosted Reel), your current comment trigger flow will continue to work normally when people comment on it.
However, if your ad was created directly inside Meta Ads Manager and does not live on your profile grid (a "dark post"), comment keyword triggers will not work. In that case, to connect it with Manychat, you will need to set up the Instagram Ads Trigger, which triggers the flow when someone clicks the ad button rather than commenting.
