URGENT: Could a ManyChat moderator please escalate ticket #556240?
My Instagram connection is stuck on ManyChat’s backend. ManyChat shows the account as connected, but reauthorization fails with “You can’t do this with this Instagram account.”
My comment-to-DM automation is attached to a video currently receiving new comments every minute, and I’m manually fulfilling every request. I have already completed the standard troubleshooting, emailed support and contacted ManyChat through Instagram.
This requires a manual backend connection reset that preserves my workspace, contacts and automations. Could a moderator please flag ticket #556240 for the technical connections team?
