I'm testing the Pro trial and have purchased a WhatsApp number through ManyChat.
My setup is:

The WhatsApp number is connected to my Meta Business account.

It is listed as the primary WhatsApp number on my Facebook Page.

I receive around 100 WhatsApp messages per day from customers.
I created a WhatsApp automation in ManyChat, but I'm only seeing about 3 WhatsApp conversations inside ManyChat. The rest of the messages are not appearing, so the automation isn't responding to most customers.
Could you please help me determine why only a small number of conversations are being received by ManyChat?
Could you also check:

Whether my WhatsApp Business Platform connection is configured correctly.

Whether there are any webhook or Meta integration issues.

Whether my current plan or trial has any limitations on incoming WhatsApp conversations.
-
Whether another app or integration could be receiving the messages instead of ManyChat.
