This morning I was able to edit a ManyChat automation, and an hour later I received an email saying that my subscription had expired because apparently the last payment couldn't be processed. But that's not true—all payments are in order, my account is fully funded, and I still have 5 days left on my subscription.

At the same time, I can no longer log in to ManyChat; I get the following error:
{“0”:“Access denied”,“state”:true}

What happened? Was I banned?

      For me can not log in {"0":"Access denied","state":true} and my ticket number [#475916], created ticket almost 2days, still no response from manychat. What type of service is this. Wasting time and looking for mail. Paid for pro, now looking for mail not doing my job
