In 90% of the cases, this error means that your account got banned from Manychat.
And that only happens if you violate Meta or Manychat’s terms of use/ policies.
If you already opened a ticket to Manychat’s support, they will get in contact with you with additional information.

Manychat just uses Meta’s API and integrations to offer its services. This means that you could get banned from Manychat and still keep your Business Manager intact.
