Hi all! I’m seeing the new pricing on the website (“On March 2, 2026, we introduced a new pricing model with additional plans and greater flexibility for managing your subscription.”)  I took a peek at the new pricing model and I like the simplicity of the model (ManyChat pricing has always been confusing to some new clients over the years). But then I got to what is included in the Advanced Plan:

Who is the Advanced plan for?

The Advanced plan is a good fit for you if:

  • You manage a very high messaging volume across multiple channels
  • You have a larger team handling live conversations
  • You run multichannel campaigns at scale
  • You need API access to integrate with other tools
  • You require the highest Active Contact limits available

This is the plan for businesses treating messaging as critical infrastructure.

What is included in the Advanced plan?

There is no free trial available for the Advanced plan.

Pricing options:

  • $199/month (monthly subscription)
  • $139/month (annual subscription, billed yearly — 30% savings)

The plan includes up to 25,000 Active Contacts per month. If you exceed 25,000 Active Contacts, overage pricing applies

Am I reading this right that, because API access is not listed on any of the lower tiered plans, access to the ManyChat API is only available on the Advanced plan?

I have some smaller small business clients who are under 2500 active contacts and would actually fit on the Pro Plan but they need the API access due to functionality/connectivity not native to ManyChat.  They definitely will not be willing to pay $200/month for this access.

I wanted to post here first to get clarification on if this is indeed true. If it is, when will this be rolled out? I’ll have to let clients know so they can decide if they are okay with the huge increase in a monthly cost, or if they want to move to a different DM automation platform.

Hi @Mackensie , APIs are included from Pro Plan “Multitool Integrations” to Advanced, so probably your clients can try the Pro plan.

@Mackensie just clic in “Full comparison Table” button, and then in Integrations you can see the API details.

@cata_rendon I don’t have that table. It must not be rolled out to the US yet:

Plan availability may vary by region, so we recommend checking our Pricing page to see what’s currently offered in your area.
