In Step 3, simply swipe the order of your questions. 

Regarding the fourth step, add a question asking for an email address. Then you can add a ChatGPT integration to validate the answer. If it is an email, send the freebie. If not, personalize your answer to give it anyway.

Before this block, you need to add another block to ask for an email. That way, you can have the step 3 you mentioned.
Regarding the step 4, after the block where you ask for the email, add an action block with ChatGPT integration

You don’t have this integration yet, you can enable it on settings (scroll down) → Integrations
There you’ll find something like this:

To get the API secret, you need to go to this website https://platform.openai.com/ and generate an API key.
