5-minute delay on Instagram Story reply automations?

Hey guys

I’m seeing a forced ~5 minute delay on Instagram story reply automations, even when the flow is set to respond immediately. This only seems to have started recently.

I’m currently on ManyChat Pro, so I wanted to check:

  • Is this an intentional change or an Instagram/API requirement?

  • Does this apply to all plans, including Pro and Business?

  • Is this expected behaviour going forward, or potentially temporary?

Just want to understand whether this is a platform limitation or something specific to my setup.

    Hi ​@Nitronick123 it seems it is a New default set up, my guess is that it helps from IG to block Accounts as Spam.

     

    probably you can warn your auddience, like “ Comment “x” and in 5 min I will send you “y”..”
