I have a new account and signed up through a 50% off link on their site. It took me to through the process of setting up and when it came to the plans it just showed regular pricing. And I was trying to find a support link for presale question before signed up, but they seem to make it hard to find any way to reach them.
Any insight or way to reach out to them?

That 50% usually applies either as a promo code at the final payment step or through a tracked link that sets a cookie. If you opened the link in a different browser, or had an ad blocker or privacy extension on, the discount can silently fail to carry over to checkout. I'd try the link again in a fresh browser with no extensions and look for a promo code field on the plan screen. For a presale question, the support ticket is realistically the fastest way to reach a human.
Thanks. But I’ve now technically created an account so I’m assuming it wouldn’t be considered a “new account”. Maybe I could have my wife go through it and set it up as the pages are her pages, I just admin on it.
