6 digit code sent to wrong email AND associating me with a random Facebook account, not mine

I signed up for a trial with my credit card and can't even access my correct Facebook account. I also have a different email address now, not my old email that ManyChat assumes my Facebook account is associated with, so it sends the 6 digit code to my old email address that I don't have access to, which makes it impossible to do anything on ManyChat, including cancel my trial since I can't use ManyChat because the modal with the 6 digit code (that it’s sending to my old email) is in the way. I need ManyChat to either associate my ManyChat account with my correct Facebook account and associate my ManyChat account with my newer email, or cancel my trial before I get charged because I'm not able to access anything in your site to cancel it myself.

This is urgent as I don't want to be charged and I'll have to inconveniently cancel and re-order my credit card if they don't get my access fixed soon, and I'll definitely be choosing a competitor if this doesn't get fixed.

@jonrich you need to contact support to sort this out, they’re the only ones capable of solving access and billing issues.

That link just sends me to the support page with 5 options for support. Most of those options require you to login, which I can’t. And when I try to submit a ticket, it has an error page after submitting. Can you please message them for me and have them send me an email address I can send my problem to? I’m out of ideas.
