I’ve just seen this pop up on my Manychat, a change to the 24hr window rules, where the new messaging window is within 7 days of someone entering via an ad. This seems to ahve come in within the past day or so as i havent seen this prior and cant find any information on changelogs for Manychat/meta?
Ive tried a test broadcast to people who subscribed less than 7 days ago, but interacted more than 1 day ago, and its showing my audience is 0, where it should be 1000+ if this new set-up is true.
Does anyone have any more information on this? is there anything i need to do specifically to message people, or does this just need time to roll out?
