$99 Team payment - access to Messenger and Instagram?

Hi guys

I have just paid the $99 subscription to add a team member as an inbox agent. but they can only get full inbox permissions in EITHER instagram or messenger, not both?

Does the $99 not give them access to all my connected account inboxes?

    ​@Alex Hall Coaching it gives access to ALL Channels that you have connected to this particular Manychat account.

    If you have IG and Messenger connected, then yes, it gives them access to both.

    Now if your channels are connected to different Manychat accounts, then you’d need a $99 subscription for each of them.
