I just wanted to appreciate the AI support assistant that’s been active on the ‘Get Help’ section of the dashboard. I remember in the early days it was just the MC FB community a few other comunites by kelly, mackenzie, natasha or the direct support team where we used to find answers, or there were articles…video tutorials and all but transitioning from that to this current support assistant is terriffic!!! Moreover it now sends sample images as well!! Kudos and a big thanks to the whole team behind it!! Should’nt say this but I even tried to ask the assistant if it was hosted on an external llm or Manychat’s native (replied that) but whatever it is!! amazing and vvery helpful!
