I am trying to subscribe to the Pro plan, which is advertised as starting at $15/month. However, on the checkout page, the total amount shows as $31.70.
I currently have 0 contacts in my account, so I should fall into the lowest tier (0-500 contacts). I don't understand why the price has more than doubled.
Could you please check my account and let me know why this is happening? I want to make sure I’m not being overcharged before I complete the payment.
