Does ManyChat support Instagram broadcast and DM Listing? Does Meta allow Instagram to do broadcasting? Thanks

No, it’s not possible.
There was a DM List beta, but it’s closed at the moment. The accounts that have it can continue to use it (I have a few accounts with it), but they’re not accepting new accounts.

In general, no, Meta does not allow it.
There are a few exceptions, which are the accounts that are already on the Beta I mentioned. These accounts can use broadcasting with their DM Lists.
