I am writing to ask about the 'Greet New Followers' (Follow to DM) feature.
I understand that this functionality is currently in a limited Beta phase and that eligibility is often determined by Meta’s own criteria rather than ManyChat alone. However, since this tool would be a game-changer for my strategy, I’d like to know if there is an estimated timeline or roadmap for when it will be rolled out to all users.
Also, since the feature is not yet available in my workspace, is there any way I can apply for Beta testing or manually request its activation for my account?
