"Access denied" when trying to log into ManyChat - On a paid account

Today I tried to log into our ManyChat account and was shown this error:

{"0":"Access denied","state":true}

I have tried logging in through Google, Meta, email login, and incognito, but nothing has worked.

From what I’ve read, this issue may be related to an account being flagged for Terms of Service reasons. I went through the Terms of Service list and I don’t see anything in our account that should have caused this. We are using ManyChat for standard signup flows and user communication, so I’m not sure why access would have been denied.

I also found another thread where users seemed to be experiencing the same issue here:

Right now we run all of our signup flows through ManyChat, so we need access restored as soon as possible. I had to create a new account just to contact support.

Has anyone else run into this issue or found a fix? And is there a way for ManyChat support to manually review and restore access to the original account? If someone from support could reply that would be great, ticket is #514610

This seems like an account ban… You'll need to contact the support team in order to investigate it further.

I wisht they check that your case is indeed a false positive and get your account back asap. 🙏

@Fabio Gaulke seems like this new account I made had the same issue happen to it!! So I can no longer access my support ticket. I emailed them and our paid account says we should have priority support, how do I get the support we’re paying for if I can not access the profile?
