Hi everyone!
I’m experiencing a strange (but very critical) issue with Instagram integration.
• My Instagram business account is connected to my Facebook Page.• I am the Business owner and have full control in Meta Business Manager.
• When I try to connect Instagram in Manychat, it says the account is already connected.
• However, when I log into Manychat (via Google or Facebook – both show the same profile), my dashboard is completely empty and shows “You don't have a channel”.
It looks like the Instagram ID is assigned to an existing Manychat workspace, but that workspace is not visible in my account.
I did not create multiple Manychat accounts. I always used the same Google/Facebook login.


Has anyone experienced a workspace mapping issue like this?
If anyone knows what to do with it, pls help! :)
