I just received an email saying I’m at 70% if my active contacts. I’m on the pro plan. The email said this won’t reset until my plan renewal date. I thought it resets at the beginning of each month? Can anyone help with this?

Active Contacts reset based on your billing cycle, not at the beginning of each calendar month.

For example, if your subscription renews on the 18th, the count will reset when the next billing cycle starts on the 18th.

Thank you! Yes that’s what I thought but the email said 2027 so I was confused. Thank you!
