Hi. I am new to ManyChat and was wondering if anyone knows if it’s possible to add a step after I send the message with a link for a chapter download. I was hoping to then send a message offering a discount on the book purchase. I can’t figure out how to do it.

first of all u need to opt-in for 24h window
After u got user oin 24h window u can send free chapter and then best practice is to smart delay for few minutes and send info about ur discount and link to straight buy it. best way is to integrate stripe and veryfi payment so u can send thangs after payment inside chat
