I’m trying to login into my Instagram account. I have a personal and business account but can’t switch to my business account. I’m on the phone Manychat app and there is no + Add New Account” button displaying… how do add?

To connect it, you can simply go to your Manychat desktop version → Look for IG Channel → Then Clic Connect and Follow the process.

ok great I switched to desktop and now working.
I’ve added a New Follower auto DM, but doesnt seem to be sending the message?
When my daughter tested she didnt get a message
I uploaded 2 hrs ago Automation page says: Runs 23 CTR 4.3%
Click into Key metrics and says ‘no data to show’ are boxes show 0.
Am I doing something wrong?

Regarding the New Follow DM issue, I recommend first double-checking that your Instagram channel is properly connected and working as expected. As a quick test, try triggering the automation using another trigger, such as DM with Keyword, to confirm everything is set up correctly.
A quick fix that often helps is refreshing your Instagram permissions in ManyChat.
You can do this by going to Help → Refresh Permissions in your ManyChat account.
