When I program my bot on the manychat app on my phone, for my Instagram account, I want it to send photos to the person it's talking to. When I click on Upload image, nothing happens and I've tried adding the URL of the photo, but that doesn't work either.

Did you try to send a small, JPG image? I just tested and it worked.
There are some limitations on formats and sizes of images accepted in IG, so that’s probably what’s causing the issue.
Still, I recommend you open a ticket at https://help.manychat.com so they can tell you exactly what the restrictions are (and also improve the app so it tells you that the image you’re trying to send can’t be sent).

Hi, does anyone know how to make the profile pictures of each contact show up on the dashboard? I can't find a setting to add this. All my Whatsapp contacts don't show it like the screenshot below
