So i have intergrated Whatsapp business into manychat. I want to add a new contact on whatsapp business. I go to add contact and then create the details. When i want to start a concersation after i have saved the details it says i need a template which i created - waiting for Meta approval ...is this the only way to do this ?

Templates usually get approved within a couple minutes. Some may take about a day (specially if it’s the first time you’re doing it).
If after 24-48 hours it’s not approved, try submitting a new template.
