I would like to add a ManyChat tag to specific users from an Active Campaign webhook.
I’d like to tag someone who’s purchased something via ThriveCart, and thinking I need to utilize AC but wondering if I can do it via Zap using a ThriveCart → ManyChat automation?

Sure! If the contact already exists in Manychat, you can find it via email!
Do you know if a video tutorial about this exists somewhere?
Hey Madi, you can do a Zap trigger “new thrive cart purchase”→ then search for user in Manychat with email CUF→ add tag to that user. DM if you need help. :)
