Adding Tags manually and Creating Tags not working right now

Hi, 
I am curious if other people are having this error. 
When I try to assign a tag manually on manychat I get get an error saying “user_id cannot be blank”

Adding tags using API still works for some reason.
I would like to hear more from you guys
