Hi I just boosted one of my posts on IG by ads.
I did all through the IG, just tapped boost.
Before that I had manychat automation which would reply to comments from organic traffic, and sent free resource.
Now when I am running an ad and people comment on that post, automation doesn't reply and they don't receive any material.
Can someone help me with that ??

This is a known issue with boosted posts. The "Specific Post" trigger doesn't work with boosted posts due to Meta's API restrictions, it's not a ManyChat bug.
Two workarounds:
1. Use "All Posts" instead of "Specific Post" - This option works with boosted posts, but requires ManyChat Pro.
2. Create the ad in Ads Manager instead of boosting through Instagram - Use the Instagram Ads Trigger with an Engagement campaign and "Send Instagram message" CTA. This gives you proper automation support.
Try the "All Posts" option if you have Pro, that should work immediately.
So the only thing that I should do is switch from Specific Post to All Posts in that automation, and it will work yes ??
That should work, yes. Switch to "All Posts" and use a keyword filter if you want it to only trigger on certain comments.
One caveat, I've seen mixed reports on whether this catches 100% of boosted post comments or just most of them. Meta's ad comment delivery can be inconsistent. But it's definitely better than "Specific Post" which won't catch any.
Test it after you make the switch, comment on your boosted post from a different account and see if it triggers.
Nice I apply it for that one post and it is working, but interesting is that Manychat don't reply on my other posts that are not boosted by ads, people would comment and Manychat don't reply, but before I boosted posts it did.
Just for the context, I am talking here about 2 separate things, because I posted two posts and this problem that Manychat don't reply happens on posts that are not boosted by ads (just using organic).
Can you tell me if you understand my problem and how to fix it ??
1. Did you edit the existing automation or create a new one? If you created a new "All Posts" automation, your old "Specific Post" automation might still be there but turned off - and the new one might have different settings.
2. Check your keyword filter - When you switched to "All Posts", did you add a keyword filter? If so, make sure it matches what people are commenting on your organic posts.
3. Is the automation still Live? Sometimes editing an automation toggles it off. Go to Automations → check it says "Live" not "Draft".
4. Once per user limit - ManyChat only triggers once per user per post. If the same people commenting on your organic posts already triggered before, it won't fire again for them.
