I’ve been planning to runs messaging ads using manychat on Instagram. I’m so frustrated that after trying every possible solution recommended by the support chatbot, I haven’t got a resolution on it
In return, it created a support ticket where there has been no response at all since last 3 days. I created a second ticket yesterday and still there hasn’t been any update
Can anyone please suggest what can be done? It is very disappointing that even after being a pro user, you cannot contact a “real person” from support who can give some clarity rather than AI generated responses.
