I've launched an ad campaign and the ads optimization settings are going well. Then, after a few days, nothing works anymore. I look at the trigger Instagram ads is deactivated and doesn't appear at all. I go to redo the “Ads optimization” settings, then when I reconnect a “messaging” data source, the instagram account selection is no longer available because it's apparently ineligible. Thanks in advance for your help.

Also check if your IG account is on the same Business Manager connected to Manychat. 😉


Didn't work for me… Everything was set and i still see the message that my IG is not eligible.

Does anyone have another solution for this issue?
