Hello, I recently made a new Instagram and Facebook business page. I made just one post, ran an ad on it and configured manychat to automatically reply to the comments in the post and DM. It was all going great until I just got a notification from both facebook and instagram that I’m restricted from running ads. Is there a fix to this issue? Does contacting support help? Thanks!
Note: Manychat is the only app I installed, no more apps or anything and I haven’t even had that many comments.

It is quite common to see this happening with new accounts. Meta’s security systems are very sensitive to accounts that have just been created and immediately start using automation and running ads. Even though Manychat is an official partner and its use is permitted, the "Account Integrity" flag usually triggers because the account doesn't have a history of manual activity yet.
The best way to resolve this is indeed through the Request review button you see in your screenshot. Since you are using an official tool like Manychat, you haven't actually violated the platform's policies, but you need to pass a manual or more detailed verification.
Before requesting the review, I recommend you verify your identity and business: Ensure your Business Manager has all the required information and, if possible, two-factor authentication enabled.
Regarding support, Manychat support cannot directly lift a restriction imposed by Meta, as this is a decision made on their platform. After maybe 10 seconds, I get a other notification saying they made a decision and I got restricted.

That’s really odd…
Check with Manychat support AND Meta support.
Manychat support could be able to give you more information, but it seems to me that the issue lies on Meta’s side.
