Hello Manychat Community!
On behalf of a client that expects to have more than a million active users a month, I would like to find out:
- how much the license for 1M, 3M and 10M active users would cost (Advanced plan)
- whether the monthly payment plan is a monthly rolling contract that can be terminated at the end of any month or whether it is, as the name says, just a payment plan, i.e. with an annual contractual commitment
- how I can contact Manychat (the company) to get a binding quotation. I am surprised that on www.manychat.com I could not find an inquiry form or at least a contact email address to submit my questions, and, most surprisingly, that a provider of chat automation software does not offer a chatbot on their site to get in contact with them… I know it is December 26th, but isn’t the availability 24x7 of a chatbot one of its key advantages (as Manychat’s competitors seem to know very well...)?
