Affiliate commissions after canceling ManyChat Pro subscription

Hi everyone,

I’m already approved in PartnerStack for the ManyChat Partner/Affiliate program and I’m currently receiving commissions.　I want to confirm what happens if I cancel my own ManyChat Pro subscription.

1. If I cancel Pro, will my PartnerStack referral link remain active and continue tracking new sign-ups/upgrades?

2. If new users sign up through my referral link and upgrade to Pro (or if existing referrals keep paying), will I still receive commissions even if I’m not a Pro user myself?

3. Is having an active ManyChat Pro subscription a requirement for payout eligibility (now or in the future)?

4. Are there any cases where commissions stop, for example:

    

   • my PartnerStack account becomes “inactive”

   • the program removes affiliates who don’t actively use ManyChat

   • policy changes / compliance issues

5. If commissions do continue after I cancel Pro, does the commission duration remain the same (e.g., up to the first 12 months per referred customer)?

If you can point me to the exact clause in the PartnerStack Program Terms (or an official doc) that confirms this, that would be amazing.
